In over 10 years at Endeva, Christian has managed and led more than 30 projects on innovation systems, inclusive business and entrepreneurship promotion, including several publications, trainings and workshops. He is especially passionate about facilitating system innovation processes with partners from the private and public sector.

Christian is an enthusiastic partnership manager and process facilitator. He has co-developed several innovative methodologies that bring people together in new, inspiring ways. Formats range from agile design sprints to innovative partnership processes to rapid-prototype systemic solutions. As a workshop moderator, Christian has facilitated more than 20 innovation processes that resulted in new development programs, corporate strategies, and strategic partnerships between public and private players.
