Barbara Börner is a certified generative facilitator, systemic organizational developer, and coach. Her own career took her from the solar industry to consulting and directing companies and nonprofits in the sustainability and development sector. Barbara’s skill set includes methods and approaches like Systems Thinking, Generative Facilitation, Design Thinking, Effectuation and Storytelling.

Barbara has a long track record in facilitating complex processes and large groups in international contexts with clients like GIZ and BMW Foundation. Her certifications and trainings include a Master Systemic Consulting at isb institute, Generative Facilitation Certification Program at Generative Facilitation Institute and Effectuation at Milton-Erickson-Institute. Right now she is in the final year of her training in conflict consulting and mediation at University Hamburg.
