Pierre is passionate about supporting people and stakeholders to find the spark that enables their collaboration and mutual learning.  Being trained in Theory U, Systems Thinking, Systemic Organizational Development and Futures Literacy, he invites collectives of people and organizations to pool and share knowledge, align their intentions and co-create pathways for meaningful action.

Pierre draws from Generative Facilitation and Art of Hosting to help groups of people self-empower through peer learning and co-creation. Putting living systems, people, and the planet at the center, he supports collective agency and impact where the stakes are felt.
